We are diving deep into our highly anticipated Little Mermaid-themed weekly summer camp, where your child can trade their "human feet" for a chance to shine on stage!

Make a Splash in Rockwall, TX

Our summer camps are designed to be more than just a place to stay busy; they are a launchpad for creativity. This specific week is all about the magic of the ocean. Whether your child is a seasoned performer or a beginner looking to dip their toes into musical theater, our instructors provide a supportive environment that builds lasting confidence.

At Rockwall Acting, we don't just teach lines; we teach the "why" behind the character. Our acting classes focus on character work, helping students understand Ariel’s longing or Sebastian’s frantic energy.

Bringing the Classics to Life

What is a Little Mermaid camp without the iconic soundtrack? Our students will spend the week mastering three legendary numbers:

  • "Part of Your World": Focus on vocal expression and the art of the "I Want" song.
  • "Under the Sea": High-energy, ocean-themed choreography that gets everyone moving.
  • "Kiss the Girl": Exploring atmosphere, ensemble work, and storytelling through movement.

According to research, music and rhythm stimulate both sides of the brain, leading to improved language and reasoning skills in children (Source 1). By combining these songs with professional acting classes, we give kids a "total brain workout" while they have the time of their lives.
