From Stage to Screen: Film & TV Focus
Acting for the camera is a completely different beast than acting for a 500-seat theater. Our Film & TV Intensive focuses on commercial work and on-camera technique. Students learn to hit their marks and understand how to tell a story with a single look. As noted by the New York Film Academy, early exposure to on-camera terminology and screen technique helps young actors bridge the gap between play-acting and the professional industry.
Musical Theater: The Triple Threat Experience
For those who want it all: singing, dancing, and acting: our Musical Theater Intensive is the place to be. We focus on building the "triple threat" skill set in a way that is both challenging and incredibly rewarding. Research from the Stella Adler Studio of Acting suggests that intensive, conservatory-style training over the summer can help students master foundational skills much faster than weekly classes alone.
